Who are Spring Move?
Spring is a relatively new company founded on the experience of National Property Trade. As a continuation of one of the largest UK property buying companies. Based in Croydon they are both TPO and NAPB accredited.

Spring is a quick sale company. As they promise on their website they offer a fair price for the house. and are willing to work to a timescale that suits you. They buy houses as they are, no matter what condition or location. When you decide to sell your house to Spring you will be assigned a dedicated advisor, a person that will look after the sale along the way.
How does it work with Spring?
To get the ball rolling you will have to get in touch with the Spring team. Either via phone or the form on their website. They will provide you with an initial offer. If you decide to proceed two estate agents will visit your property and carry out a valuation. A RICS survey will follow that. The transaction can be completed on a time scale that suits you. Spring offers Spring Price Promise, they make sure that the price is fair and transparent. If they resell the house for a higher price within 6 months they will give you the difference back.
